Never sell when you’re networking

I admit, I have done this.   It’s that sales person mentality, close-close-close… it drives you!  The results are as one would anticipate.  You appear desperate and self centered.  John F Kennedy once said  “Ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country”;  I’ll bet he was a great networker!
